Jay Lee is a motion designer and audio-visual artist, based in Toronto.
With a passion for tastefully minimal design, photojournalism, and monochromatic palettes, he explores the relation between light, time, space, and sound to capture and craft his vision. With his multidisciplinary techniques originating from background in filmmaking, music, sports, and design, he approaches creative briefs like a point guard -- breaking down the problems and distributing the focus of the viewer where it belongs.
In between shoots and moving keyframes, Jay enjoys getting lost abroad with a camera in hand, studying films, biking around the city, and planning out the next journey while drinking a strong cup of black coffee.
